The main component of fish oil that humans benefit from are omega-3 fatty acids, known as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The best fish oil in the Philippines contains the right amount of these acids that our bodies need on a daily basis.

EPA and DHA do not really come from the fishes themselves, they actually come from the algae that these fish consume. With the consumption of algae, high amounts of beneficial fats are produced by the body of specific fishes. Why is fish oil important for humans? Let’s find out.
