  • Side planks with rotation
  • Mountain climbers
  • Toe touch
  • Walkout to push up jacks
  • Tricep deep march
  • Squat crunch with leg extensions
  • Quick feet
  • Scorpion planks to shoulder tap
  • Leg raise
  • Side to side heel touch
  • Pilates crunches
  • Cooldown 5-10 mins
