List of exercises:
  • Warm-up
  • Light jog
  • Jumping jacks
  • Alternate lunges
  • Butt kicks
  • Squat shoulder press 15 reps
  • Planks shoulder taps 20 reps
  • Jack knives or leg raise infinity 20
  • Hip raise fly 15 reps
  • Front backhands push-ups 10 reps
  • Side to side reach 20 reps each
  • 180° squat 1p reps
  • Back to side lunges 12 reps
  • Plank saw 10 reps
  • Skiing or side to side hops 12 reps
  • Bicycle abs 12 reps
  • Dead bug 20-sec hold
