  • Back lunges to touch the ground
  • Spider planks
  • Hip raise
  • Superman
  • Rest 1 min
Set 3
  • Deadlift to front lunges
  • Side to side squats
  • Close grip/triangle push up
  • Alternate leg raise
  • Rest 1 min
Set 4
  • Hop squats
  • Tricep dips
  • Side to side reach
  • Bicycle abs
  • Rest and cool down
