Presenting Coach Glen as we do another series of exercise workouts which you can do at the comfort of your home.

List of exercise:
  • Warm-up
  • Loosen up
  • (Ankle, knee, hip elbow, wrist rotation)
  • Standing crunches
  • Butt kicks 20 reps pair
  • Jumping jacks 10×5
  • Squat to wall push-ups 15 reps
  • Hip raise 15 reps
  • Planks 30 secs
  • 2nd set workout
  • Alternating lunges to hop 12 reps
  • Wood chops 15 per wide
  • Basic crunches 15 reps
  • High knees 20 reps
  • Side to side squats 20 reps
  • Leg raises 15
  • Cooldown stretching
