Do you ship within Metro Manila?
Yes, we ship within Metro Manila via door to door delivery. Delivery is 3-5 business business days from payment confirmation. Please note we do not accept COD during the quarantine period. We try our best to deliver your orders the soonest possible time even on our skeletal workforce.Is Grab or Lalamove allowed for Metro Manila orders?
Yes, customers will be the one to arrange and book Grab or Lalamove deliveries. Pick-up is from our Pasig warehouse. Payment should be settled before pick-up. Complete pick-up details will be provided after confirmation of order and payment.Do you ship to provincial address?
Yes, we ship to provincial addresses via LBC. Please expect extended delivery time and note that door to door delivery is for limited areas only. For lockdown areas, packages should be picked up from the branch. You may check the LBC website for open and pick-up branches near you by clicking here.How do I pay?
We accept cashless payments via bank transfers (BDO and BPI), Paypal, credit cards and Gcash. COD or Cash on Delivery is currently suspended during the Enhanced Community Quarantine.Do you accept COD or Cash on Delivery?
