Our products are guaranteed brand new, sealed and are of the highest quality. If our products do not meet these standards, return the product and we will gladly replace or refund them for you.
Requirements for a Valid Return
- It is within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated.
- Items with tampered packaging upon delivery will instantly be refunded or replaced, no questions asked.
- Vitamins or supplements that exhibit different physical traits from previous batches will be investigated before issuance of refund or replacement. This includes, but not limited to, changes in color, texture or smell.
How to File a Return
If our products do not meet your standards and have satisfied the requirements stated above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24 – 48 hours. Instructions on how to return the products will be sent via email.
Once a return is approved, a customer can avail of the following:
- Store credit which can be used to purchase any items in our site
What are not allowed for Returns?
- Seal is broken
- Customer changes mind (to be reviewed on a case-to-case basis)
- Tampered or damaged products due to improper storage or handling
