Directions: For adults, take one (1) caplet daily, preferably with a meal.
WARNING: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing. Brown speckles may appear within caplet.

Drugs: If you’re taking an antibiotic that contains Quinolone or Tetracycline, Zinc supplements could make it more difficult for your body to absorb both the medicine and the zinc. To ensure you get the right amount and prevent poor absorption of your antibiotic, take it 3 hours before or 4-6 hours after you take zinc supplement.
Supplements: May be taken with other supplements such as Vit. A, Vit. C, Vit. E and Vit B12. Do not take with other supplements such as Iron, Copper, Vit B9 or Folic Acid.
