Please note that drugs and supplements interact differently for person to person. So you should check all the possible interactions with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any medication.
Drugs: If you’re taking Antibiotic such as Floxacins, Tetracyclines, Alendronate (Fosamax) and other Biphosphates, or Levodopa, Levothyroxine, Methyldopa, and Chloramphenicol, Iron supplements could make it more difficult for your body to absorb both the medicine and the Iron. To ensure you get the right amount and prevent poor absorption of your antibiotic, take it 3 hours before or 4-6 hours after you take Iron supplement.
Supplements: Do not take with other supplements such as Zinc, Vit. E, Manganese, and Calcium.
