Those long, clear, plastic cases marked with the days of the week divided in small boxes can give you many benefits. You can prepare your vitamins/supplements to take readily in that case so you can make sure you don’t miss a day. Just remember to have it refilled once you’ve reached the last day. 

Take vitamins with meals

It’s a general rule that you take your vitamins or any medication after every meal. Your body needs food before it can take in any tablets, else it will upset your stomach. So, it is better than your vitamins are always around every time you take the most important meals of the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

Set an alarm as a reminder
